We’re in this situation because of poor management…

Whether you like him or not, when Emret was running things was the first time that the coach was hired based upon the idea that you aren’t ever going to be consistently elite in the SEC until you realize that the football program is a $150 million a year business and that you treat hiring and funding accordingly! You pay for the best and you give home the resources and materials to excel. You don’t skimp or bargain shop for you head coach!
Since that time, our hiring has been done by folks more interested in saving a damn dime by hiring less capable coaches. Skip and crew took that approach when they hire Les Miles and Aleva’s hire was done with the sam approach on steroids!
Saban’s assessment when he took the job was spot on, because of the in state talent, history and other factors unique to the school & state, there is no excuse for LSU to not be a perineal power. The best proof of this fact is that we won national titles in 2007 & 2019 (and should have in 2011).
Hopefully, Woodward follows the approach used in 2000! If not, we may very well end up with a coach who is, at best, a total crap shoot, such as Napier.
Don’t ever think that this situation couldn’t get worse, because it truly can. As my favorite meme states: “Just remember, it’s always darkest….
Just before it goes completely black…”.

What proven commodity can LSU pry away from their current job that isn't currently the subject of scandal that would enrage the woke community at LSU?
There's a very short list of elite coaches who have proven success at the highest level. I think most of us would be willing to take a chance on a coach who has shown innovation and whose players play with solid fundamentals at a lower-level program. That alone would be heads above where we are now.

Roster mismanagement is numero uno. You only need look at the OL and LBs and how neither of those 2 areas were addressed immediately after the natty.
Chasing after blonde tail and being self-absorbed in your own head is a respectable 2nd place. All a recipe for what we're seeing now, but hopefully this shite sandwich bandaid gets ripped off within a few days and this clown is packing the Uhaul.

I just looked at the name I was responding to. Not sure if you're the real Ramsey Dardar but if you are, I want to tell you that you were my dad and grandfather's favorite player not only at LSU, but also at CHS. They are both from Breaux Bridge and would rave about you when I was a kid.

Dude, if your post includes the work "woke" or any other political B.S., you're credibility concerning LSU Football is zero....

Why is it that so many of you love to focus on the man's misspelled words and declare him a "moron" while offering no reasoning for why his analysis is incorrect?

Wouldn't "completely black" be darker?
