If Bama could destroy Boise in a BCS bowl game that'd make a pretty good exclamation point for the SEC once again.

Sigh. Bama v Boise scares me. The last thing we need is for Bama to not show up (eg against Utah) bc they're sulking they didn't get into the NC game and give more credence to Boise as a legit contender.

I think we'd beat Bama again, but that game is just too competitive. Rather not give them another chance.

I agree. Let's spread the pain to as many other teams and conferences as possible.

I really can't watch those two guys on PTI. Don't even know their names. Also can't stand Skip Bayless (biggest Oklahoma homer) and Stephen A Smith.

I guess I'd like Oregon to take care of Stanford. That's 2 birds with one stone due to our beat down of OU. Then let Ok St handle their business and we'll drop the hammer on them in NO.

I guess I really don't care and I sure don't want to assume we will be there--but this seems to be a special team that won't lose. That being said, I'd like to play Stanford and "corrupt the Heisman" again like in 2003.

To silence the media, since most of our fanbase seems obsessed with them LSU needs to beat Stanford. Okie light is getting mixed reviews and everyone knows that (outside of getting turnovers) their defense is crap.

Somehow I think Bama would play Boise "angry". I could be wrong but I could see broken Broncos strewn all over the field.

We shouldn't have too. We went to their place and took care of business. They had the same chance to win the game as we did, and they didn't get it done.

It's simple, we beat Stanford via Oregon. Case closed. Unless of course it's not.

It seems most people think that Okie State is gonna be beaten by OU, and I am of this mindset as well. They have to prove they can get to the big stage for me to believe they can...haven't done so yet.

Same goes for Stanford actually, but they essentially have a 1 game season and it's this Saturday. Let them continue to light teams up, let Luck run away with the Heisman, and bring it on in NOLA.

If the media doesn't get it, we (LSU and the SEC as a whole) are not afraid of these gimmick and high-powered offenses. We play the game like it's supposed to be played. Sure, either of those 2 could put up about 21-24 points on LSU...but we'll answer by putting up 45 and enjoying the 6th straight for the conference.

This LSU team will play, and beat, anybody who has the misfortune of wandering onto the football field. Bar none.
