so why is the world so pissed at LSU? what great deal did we turn down? was it playing S. Ala. on our bye date before Alabama and playing Nov 19 at Gainesville?
that would've made a lot more sense to me, but I haven't heard that it was even a realistic option.
if we turned that option down, I can understand the butthurt, but we lose about the same when you factor in next year.
but we don't even know, so how can everyone say lsu railroaded Florida and the SEC?

I'm at a loss why anyone cares about how LSU is perceived on television. Who gives a frick?

You are right and wrong;
You are correct next week there will be another storyline to take away everyone's attention regarding this issue.
But you are wrong because the week of November 19th this will be a huge topic of discussion and be played out in the national media once again about how LSU took advantage of UF and once again more bad press for LSU.

It would have made more sense for LSU to play 7 straight games with 3 road games in 12 days at the end?

The SEC Commissioner in so many words said what happen behind closed doors. Paraphrasing..."LSU took an unrealistic stand and in order to accommodate playing the game we were forced to agree to their terms".

Why would we care. FL dragged their feet when thye had the ability to control their own fate, and now they're being punished. We won as much as we could win. frick what the losers on SEC rant and elsewhere are saying.
