It's still a little early, but weather forecast for the BR regional not looking great at this point.

Similar to how yesterday in nola the weather was a 20% chance of rain and it rained all day. Weather forecasting is the only job that your percentage can be below the Mendoza line and you still have a job.

A 20% chance of rain means it will rain over 20% of the area. So congrats. You were in that 20%.

It was just a day where the long odds won. It's a probability. On days where conditions are such as these, it rains on xx% of those days.
