Who you think we lose to?

Show me a team on our schedule that will be better next year.
Moo state? Nope
Ole Miss? Hardly
Arkansas? Doubtful
Auburn? Maybe a little but they have a long way to go before being competitive again
A&M? Sure, they lucked up and beat us this year (but we win that game 9 out of 10 times and everyone knows it) but they won’t be any better next year and possibly worse.
Bama? Will be worse. They lose the only decent things they got going for them on offense and their defense has been questionable for a few years now.
Florida? I’m not convinced Napier will ever have them any better and they will have to find a new QB.

Then we draw Missouri so that should be a win.

Florida State is the only team we have next year that could potentially be significantly better than they were this year but we should still win that game.

The whole concept of one-and-done will be a new thing in college football soon. I hope we are not it!

Teams can rebuild in a single year now with the portal. Teams like bama will be able to build any perceived weakness. I wouldn’t count on them not adding additional weapons on both sides of the ball.

A&M will certainly be better lol they just signed the best recruiting class of all time and they won’t be true freshmen anymore. Also weigman with a year under his belt is the best QB they’ve had since manziel. Auburn will almost certainly go hard in the portal with NIL with the new hire and will be better. The MS schools and arky I could agree on all 3 being worse. Bama is bama, even if they aren’t peak bama that’s not a counted win on the road lol, also their defense has been elite outside of the tennessee game, we scored 24 on them in regulation didn’t exactly light them up. FSU may be better but I still think that’s a game we win this time.

I am also optimistic about next year and think we can really do something but gotta be realistic about things lol
