we match up on the lines with most SEC teams.

Alabama is pretty good on both lines. Georgia seems to be better than most. auburn has a good Dline.
other than that, we stack up pretty well. so I don't get the total gloom and doom. we will not compete for the championship, but didn't we get used to that during the latter part of miles' tenure?
there's only a small amount of great talent on the lines to go around. our Dline would be very respectable if it wasn't for the injury bug. and the secondary could start helping the Dline with better coverage on the back end of the schedule.
Oline is a work in progress. will get better but certainly will not be great this year.
we'll be able to score some points against just about everyone left on our schedule, so we can win some games. I said 9-3 at the beginning and i'm holding to that, though I could see 8-4 right now.

Just to give you some perspective Syracuse kicked our O lines arse last game. This O line does not stack up with the rest of the SEC at all. I think the D can be salvaged but this is not a good football team. I have losses to Fla,Bama, and Auburn. Plus dropping 2 games with Ark,A&M,Ole Miss, and Tenn. 6-6 is not out the realm of possibility.

only one problem with what you said... 2 of those teams are in our division.

The only way that you can truly believe this is if the only thing you are looking at is recruiting rankings.
Idk how many times it can be said that rankings don't mean shite once on campus. For example Frank Herron was a high 4 star while Lacouture was a mid tier 3 star LaCouture has started over Herron for 5 yearsz
