we have a football game this week-end against the despicable aggies

and no one wants to talk about it. that pretty much proves that the spirit has been sucked out of us LSU fans, posi, negi, whatever.

just for old times sake, i'm gonna give my insights.

1) aggy can't defend the run. their DE's are great pass rushers but their front 7 may be the weakest we've played all year.
2) this is one game that our I formation run game should be successful
3) when we pass we need to get the ball off in a hurry because I can't see our tackles defending their DE's and our FB and TE don't block well.
4) Chavis will blitz on 3rd and long. he doesn't stunt much which is good for us.

in short, we should be able to score points and control the clock.

5) they have been struggling in the pass game. they will need to continue this for us to win. sumlin's qb development is as bad as ours. he gets the 5 star guys and completely fricks them up.
6) they have one very good tailback (carson) but he ain't no henry. I think our front 7 will be OK against them if our D doesn't have to spend all day on the field.

overall. the aggies are going to score on us but not like the last 3 weeks. our defensive weaknesses will give up some yards but we'll be ok if they don't do a lot of trick plays and counters. we're not good at defending that. they have a shitty OC. we are also gonna score on them and we're at home (I hope that's an advantage).
