We are witnessing history, and something truly special!

This team has been awesome these past 2 months and after some wrote them off and gave up on them, they totally turned it all around and turned into the Fighting Tigers! How crazy is it that we can win our 7th National Championship in the last 26 years?! It's remarkable, especially in a sport that is arguably the hardest sport to reach the championship. They have to play so many games throughout the season and post season, it is a very long road to get there. This team has been freaking awesome and I'm so damn proud of these boys, they have shown more heart then any team at LSU in a long time. What a time to be alive, GEAUX TIGERS!!! Win The whole freaking thing boys!!!!

damn truth...we often take this kind of thing for granted. there are a good number of teams even in the SEC that have never had the opportunity to play for a national championship.
this only comes around a limited number of times in your life...enjoy every minute of it!

I can say that I'm blessed to have been alive to see all of the Baseball Championships, and 2 of the 3 Football National Championships. And dammit I enjoy every one of them like it's the first and last one...

All I know is, this is the most I have been able to watch the CWS, since '09.

It is even more remarkable when you consider that these boys came back to accomplish what they after being humiliated 13-1 earlier in the week.

This has really been a CWS for the ages and LSU is making some history here. Pulling for a 2-0 sweep of the gators and another trophy for the Tigers. Proud of these kids!

Wisdom. We've been so lucky to have such an elite Baseball program, as well as a pretty darn strong one in Football. I tell my LSU friends after each one to enjoy it because you don't know if you'll ever see another one again.
