We cheer for a qb who went 6/14?

Wasn't he 6/8 at the half?

ETA: nailed it!

How many incompletions were on his wr's? He was at least within 15 yds of hitting them.

When I got home from the game the stat line shocked me, but I forgot how horrible Dupre looked

Yep, we're at the point where we want Etling to be the answer so much that we're willing to call this a drop:

ETA: Based on the responses, apparently people don't realize this is Colin Jeter. It was a nice pass and it was defended even better. No big deal, but a drop it is not.

Well to be honest it is pretty darn hard to not be 6/14 or worse when number 15 is on the field!

He was like 6/8 for 100 yards in the 2nd quarter.

They went really conservative in the second half which is what led to the stat line you see.

I mean, he only threw the ball 6 times in the entire second half.

SIX times! They were being extremely conservative.

No- thats good defense. Harris would have thrown an int to the two defenders 10 yds away.

He threw a lot of deep passes. You can't expect to complete most of those.

I thought he did pretty good for his first start in 2 years.

I think some are excited over brief glimpse we got in the 2nd quarter of what this offense could be. Some deep balls, some short balls, the distribution to different receivers, the draw play from multi-receiver sets. All of this with the best player on the sideline in street clothes. Now it only lasted for about 3 series, but for that snapshot, it was exciting. Now, will we ever see it again? Who knows, tune in next week. I'm cautiously optimistic, but we've been let down so many times.....

It's obvious these shite heads are just mad that we won and mad that miles made a change which they said he would never do. Lsu fan base absolutely fricking sucks and there is no way to argue that.

Based on the coverage that ball couldn't be in a better spot and should've been caught. Dupree should be held accountable for that incompletion.
