I am heading to Shreveport this weekend, and was wondering if they were going to carry the game there on Friday night. I looked at the channel listings for CST and affiliates last night, but it didn't have Shreveport on there. Could someone please help me out if you know anything.

I have Comcast and get most games that are shown on CST on CSS (ch. 33). I think they are also shown on Suddenlink on ch. 69.

Im not sure if we'll get this broadcast. I sure hope so.

shreveport cable provider is comcast, so it wont be carried.

in bossier their cable provider is suddenlink, which does carry CST.

i'm sure a couple bars/restaurants around town will have the game on. i'm not sure how coverage works if you have direct tv

he is correct that sometimes CSS does mirror broadcasts of CST, but havent heard any word on this yet.

I wouldnt be surprised if CSS will be covering the AR regional or one of the TX one's all weekend

I'm really hoping BWW doesn't use DTV and will be able to cover the game in Bossier

CSS has the GT regional so they won't be simulcasting the CST broadcast. Last year, the CST broadcast of the regional was aired on one of the local Shreveport stations. I would assume they will try and do the same again this year. Call Comcast!!!!!!!

i emailed CST and they informed me that Comcast and CST could not agree to terms on a deal to cover CST and they didnt have an answer on whether it would be covered by another channel on Comcast's channel lineup.

Yeah, CST has no control over it. Contact Comcast directly and tell them that all the LSU fans in Shreveport are going to miss out or go provide viewership in Bossier if they don't put it on. I think I remember them putting it on Channel 6 last year which is the local information channel.

Comcast is one of the providers for ESPN3 - if it's on there you should be able to watch online.

From S'port. It's changed so much over the years; for the better I might add...at least from my POV.

You should be where I'm at now...

I mentioned in a previous thread that maybe I should open my own LSU/SEC sports bar here. They're in dire need of it...IMHO

I've heard this one before. The people there don't even know what service they have. Tried to watch a game there earlier this season. I called; they said they would have it. I get there they say they have it on. i sit down; it's not on. They didn't have it.
