Do we know for a fact if Steele actually called the game last night? Maybe if Miles knew that he was looking to move on, he did not want a replay of last year and let Orgeron call the plays instead. Just curious if anyone can confirm.

I don't know who called the plays, but I do know that our D played with more intensity last night than they had all year. Even after chasing #5 around all night - and sometimes without success and resulting in frustration - our front seven stayed with it and continued to pressure him like our teams pressured the QB just a few years ago. And our secondary, though they got burned a couple of times, sucked it up and played a pretty good game. A lot of passing yards, but they threw it 56 times and had four waterbugs running around every play.
If LSU is going to compete for the goods next year, CLM needs to find a way to get those guys to play with more intensity. I know he's a player's coach, and there's a family-like environment around the team, but he needs to find a way to ratchet up the intensity and accountability.
