I have a buddy who is an AU grad / fan. he and i were texting last night at each lead change as if it were a horse race:

I have several friends that are AU fans. They are not happy with the win. They were especially angry about the Malzan comments after the game.

Gus has QB issues almost as bad as Les. Good luck with that Auburn

I can't say it's the majority but every Auburn fan I know wants Gus to succeed....they like him they just hate losing

Auburn has no problem with firing coaches (look at Terry Bowden, Gene Chizik). A win over little LSU won't stop that.
