The picture of an empty Tiger Stadium during the day is a shitty representation IMO.

And of course Bryant-Denny has a picture of a full stadium at night.

I guess that they figured a full Tiger Stadium at night would be unfair.

Gumps are gaining a good bit,

I beleive it's 52 to 48 percent our favor, but it should be much much more than that!!

If Bryant Denny is such a great stadium, then why did Bama not play their homes games there all those years?

Because it used to look like this:

And now it looks like this:

Legion Field was a much bigger venue, more seats, more money, better atmosphere. Now, Legion Field is a dump, and Bryant Denny is among the nicest in the country - thanks to recent renovations. It's no match for Tiger Stadium's noise, but in my opinion BDS is one of the most aesthetically appealing stadiums in the country.

The upper decks that run the length of the field do not match.

Is this correct??

Kinda. The West side upper deck is entirely NFL style seating, while the East side upper deck has regular bench seating. There is no visual difference once the seats are filled though. I wish we'd do away all together with the NFL style seats and go to 100% bleacher seats... That would create a much higher capacity and would probably help with the atmosphere too. Folks get too comfortable in those seats
