That stops in 2014 when 1500 of those lower bowl visiting fans will be moved to the new upper deck south end expansion.

Is this a fact? Hopefully this is true. They need to move about twice that many out of the lower south end zone. Let them keep 401 & 402 and put some Tiger fans in 403 & 404!

wrong, Florida seats the visitors high on the east side of the stadium. not in the lower bowl.

and they also offer lower seats as well. Directly next to the student section. Those tickets are mostly taken up by player's families and big donors.

Every SEC venue offers at least a small portion of lower bowl seating to visiting fans.

The league office sets the minimum number of seats visiting teams get but it has no sayso whatsoever where they are in a particular stadium. I've been to every stadium in the conference except for UK's & the new BDS and LSU's seats have been scattered all over the various stadiums. UT's is the worse as they spread out the fans amongst 4-5 different locations, all of them high except for a small section by the band. LSU & bama used to have a gentleman's agreement that each visiting team would get 10,000 ( the norm being 6-7,000) seats. However, Joe Dean told various alumni groups that bama reduced LSU's numbers to only 6,000 one yr out of the blue, so LSU reacted accordingly. Once the new addition is completed, visiting teams will no longer have a large block of tickets in that endzone, the majority being relocated to the upper decks like the rest of the league does.
