I'm not a big fan of 45-41 games with no defense in site. For that reason I'm not a big fan of Herman. Sure they score a lot, but they also hang your defense out to dry forcing them to stay on the field for 80 plus plays and ware down in the 4th quarter. Many times the final result is like Memphis and Houston today. Almost 600 yards of offense and an "L" at the end.

Herman is a firm believer in building an identity based on talent. Yeah his offenses are uptempo but the offense at Houston is different from what he had at Ohio St.
One is a spread/air raid and the other was a spread power run which unleashed hell on Bama.
You idiots think if he gets the job he's going to be like .abandon the run game? No. He's going to utilize every fricking athlete in our arsenal. An explosive run game that will control the clock but also keep defenses off balance with lots of combo routes and RPOs.
When did our defense become Houston's?
