No chance of that happening. Les is done. Cam Cameron has been treated for cancer and his contract is up. Les would be a lame duck and what offensive coordinator worth his weight would want to be in that position? it's time for Les to go. As Steve Spurrier told us, when a coach gets to be around 10 years in the same place, it's time to go. The two sides get tired of each other. It's time.

The Steve Spurrier quote is right on.

That was the dumbest part of the whole thing. Just because a coach has been at one program for 10 years does not mean he should "move on" or be fired.

Not all coaches are Steve Spurrier and wear out their welcome.

Exactly! I dont believe that either. How about evolving like other coaches do. Try new methods.

It is right on in the Miles situation. If this was one of his first 5 years here we would not fire him in this situation. This whole this is built up frustration.

I agree with entire statement. 10 yrs in this day and age is to long. Look around what very few coaches w tenure that long at big5 programs are all under siege. It's the way it is

Buh bye

It's far fetched for SS to blanket all coaches. But I could see where some staleness comes into play.

German but I agree with him that it has gone way too far to turn back.
