I still dont get the NCAA clearing him andbour own conference blocking his elligibility. Its the SEC not the Ivy League. I simply do not recall this situation ever occurring
with any other SEC recruit. The fact that Valentine plays such a crucial position just brings up questions. It is a really odd situation.

Can't wait to see this guy play. He's going to be special IMO.

Valentine is in the same situation as Brian Bridgewater, he will not get eligible until he completes his first year and has eligible grades.

How much of an impact do y'all think he'll make next season? Will he definitely get in the rotation?
He would've been in the rotation this year if he were eligible.

Heard he was the best lineman in practice and tough to block

He's like 6'3" 335 pounds. He'll be an animal in the middle

Good news! Keep working hard and wreck havoc in the fall.

If we can get one solid pass rusher out of Bower, Teuhema, Clark or possibly Hunter, that defense will be fricking brutal to play against.

Is there such a thing as a "bullshite redshirt?" If so, if they cut into next season, he should get one.

He's just be a redshirt freshman next season like Brian Bridgewater is for the basketball team.

The SEC will just have to see about that.
Don't you really mean the REC?

A space eater like Dorsey and Terence Cody.

La Sports media are saying that he is eligible for spring practice. Great news for him and LSU.

I realize he was a nice recruit and I'm glad he is doing well in school. I like to see them play before I get excited about them. Hopefully you guys are correct on his ability.

EDCI 1001 isn't too hard when the hardest part is just showing up

If only there was a way to convince Hunter to stay. Regardless, very excited for 2015 defense.

When we go 3 lineman and put Godchaux at end and Valentine in the middle...haha! Going to wreck shite! DT will be one of our strongest positions next season.
