Streaming is horrible....computer keeps stopping to buffer. Normally never does this. Is it WatchESPN or my computer. Have very good high speed internet that usually never has issues.

I'm watching the stream from home. Try refreshing at the next break, it tends to fall behind otherwise.

That could be some of your lag. Try refreshing at the next break as others have suggested. Of course also try to minimize the number apps running on your device especially any using additional bandwidth.
