For a few weeks, would be ideal IMO. Or use him down in Redzone/Goal to go situations. Would take alot of pressure off of him, and give the other guys plenty of game time on the field.

You mean only use him in situations where the defense knows it's a run and he's likely to run into a pile with big men falling on him?

Great idea for an injured player.

Um, no. How about using him in screen plays, or when a box is full, for play action?

But if it is 3rd and short, let him bang it up the middle. He isnt a pussy ell

Either this or go vice versa and let him play 1st and 2nd downs and let Guice be the 3rd down guy.

Are you saying he should have played vs Mizzou?

Besides when he's been hurt when have we not used him on 3rd down or goal line situations? The goddamn problem is that he's the only thing we use on offense when we have 4 more guys out there that will start on Sunday's.

Not at all, hell I wouldnt be mad if he sat until Ole Piss or Bama to get fully healthy. If we have any chance at beating Bama, we need him fully healthy. I was just mentioning an option if he were to play this weekend, using him limited.

I've never understood why we don't run it more. If they are in man, LF7 would be matched up on a linebacker basically every time. Pull the safety towards the middle of the field with a WR post pattern by or deeper by running a streak pattern, then go over the top on the LF7/OLB matchup. Money play baw

Darrell Williams is a great 3rd down and goal line back.

In the past every 8th grade football player knew that in short yardage situations Fournette was gonna run the ball...so you wanna continue to telegraph to the opposition's defense who's running and where. Hopefully with the firing of Miles we have moved beyond that stupidity!

Why do "real fans" turn on an outstanding athlete as soon as he is injured and his backup plays well?

I believe Coach O has the right plan. Play them all. Their playing time should be dictated by the position coach and the situation on the field.
I'd like to see Guice or Fournette line up at WR in some situations.

This is what CLM & CC have done to this fan base. Just because LF is on the field does not mean it would be a run. Hell, doesn't even mean he'd get the ball.

You need to see CEO & staff ASAP for an inoculation to fight that narrow mindedness.

ETA-

Judging by downvotes I see there are at least 8 others who would call offense just like Miles & Cameron.
