Upper Deck Availability

LSU Tix is saying upper deck bench seats will be available for $40. I've heard on here that they aren't even opening the upper decks at this time. Can anyone confirm if these seats are going to actually be available, or should I inform my buddy that it will be the $60 endzone or $75 sideline seats only?

they are only closing one of the upper decks.

west upper is open. The other two (south and east) will open if demand requires it.

Upper West side seats were available yesterday when I bought tickets.
