While I understand the point you are making....there is no way he'll run in that range....he was running in the 4.35-4.38 range at LSU last year without formal speed coach training...I think he will run close to the 4.35 range and that will be enough to lock up a top 3 overall pick....
But I do like your point about it being more than just about a 40 yard dash time....he does have very fluid hips and excellent range of motion and change of direction...combine that with good size and he is obviously a top prospect

Peterson has very fluid hips and it shows in his return game and the way he breaks on the ball. Fluid hips with his size and power is a dangerous combo.
Jacob Hester ran a 4.59, just someone to compare him to for you..
