Will we see the identity of LSU change ,we have been known to have an amazing defense and a mediocre offense at best for a while now .Is this year going to be a switch with all the youth we have on defense?

I think the offense will be more efficient but the overall philosophy of playing smash outs football will be the same just with more sophistication. Which I like a lot.

I have very high expectations for this upcoming team. I think we can all agree just having a breath of fresh air on the offensive side of the ball is going to make this team leaps and bounds better to watch than any team since the 2011 championship team. I am very excited for a ton of youth talent on the defensive side to step up and write their names into LSU lore. We have some bad arse DB's who are hungry for the chance to do great (Savion, Fulton come to mind) as well as Phillips, White, and Alexander at Linebacker holding down the middle of the field I think we are going to be a force to be reckoned with. I really don't see many SEC West teams being able to hang with us this season (obviously Bama is not included) This is gonna be great football season to be a TIGER !!

Worst possible is an overreaction and we have more than made for it with the addition of Canada. Have to remember most head coaches are just organizers and motivators which O is more than capable of. The new energy he has brought to the team is obvious. I'm expecting leaps and bounds of difference between O era and the last half of the Miles era.

We have the best coordinators in the country with a head coach with a lot of energy based on what I've seen on the second half of the season when Les left the offense looked much better so imagine it with Matt at the helm theirs teams who don't have the talent we have that we have but still have high offensive rankings we're gonna do numbers this years it's going to be scary
