Gonzalez not moving up to the 3rd had Bianco screaming at him from dugout to 2nd base. That’s the energy I want from the LSU dugout.

I think a few hot bats would work better that some guy yelling.If we had some hot bats our coach would be yelling. Forget this weekend and probably Omaha. Just like the Chicago Cubs, "wait till next year".

Go out and have some shrimp and put a lot of that Louisiana red hot on it and say look out tomorrow. probably won't help,but there is always another day. This was ugly today.

Vitello was on the list until Scott vetted others. Bianca was too. Neither got further than that.

I truly believe either would have been a better choice than Johnson but next season should give us a much better idea of if he is capable of getting LSU Baseball back to where we should be as a program. I don’t think it’s fair to expect him to lead us to a National Championship next season but he definitely has to put a stop to all of the sloppy fielding and get these kids to play with some energy. We have looked far to lethargic and uninspired in to many games this season. The ridiculous amount of fielding errors we have committed and the lack of intensity and urgency to win from both players and coaches is absolutely unacceptable at LSU. He has to find a way to light a fire under this team and get them playing with some passion!

So lets be honest, what has that energy won Bianco. Absolutely nothing, so why make such a big deal about it. Jesus Christ man, accept a loss as a loss and move on.
