This whole "we should be happy with a tournament appearance" BS is ridiculous. There's no reason to accept mediocrity from the basketball program.

LSU athletics, at this point and time, are pretty mediocre. That's not deniable. Before I go full negatard, I'm going to wait for our 2015 football season and 2015-16 basketball season. Both teams have high expectations and a loaded roster.
If our football and basketball teams do not make some serious noise next season, we have serious problems.

Agreed. Sure, it could be worse, but it could be a whole lot better.
Last 5 seasons:
Football:
6-2, win bowl
8-0, 0-21
6-2, lost bowl
5-3, won bowl
4-4, lost bowl
Basketball:
2-14
3-13
7-9, NIT 1st Round
9-9
9-9, NIT 2nd round
Baseball:
14-16, Regional
13-17
19-11, Super Regional
23-7, 0-2 CWS
17-11-1, Regional
Basically, we have had 2/15 teams meet the high expectations, and they failed miserably once they got there.

I would love to know the height, weight, relationship status, employment status, and number of diplomas from LSU the OP has. I just want to know how relative the word "mediocre" is here.
