possible but just not likely. the offense can't get up to score 40 every game.

this D is going to give up a lot of points to a lot of opponents. we still outscore most of them.

i'm still going to enjoy watching the Tigers play.

maybe the d can get better somehow. anyways, it's still going to be a winning season.

Well - we all heard AL was going to kill us last year too. They got big time lucky to get out of Tiger Stadium alive

Chances of LSU beating A&M and Bama are very slim at best...maybe one but not Both.

I think they will be shoot outs. So I agree the odds are we will split them. I think it is definitely possible for us to win them both.

You obviously didn't watch the same game as I did on Saturday. First off, LSU is not going to beat Bama this year. Ain't happening. I do think, if LSU gets better on defense, they have a chance to beat ATM and Ole Miss. Being realistic though, I think they will split those games and end up 9-3. I don't think 9-3 is bad at all considering the schedule and the amt of talent they lost off last season's defense. All this talk about LSU going undefeated is a pipe dream. It's simply not looking at things objectively.
You were so gentle with your response I had to laugh. I can't get over all these delusional people. This year's defense is hot gobbij and anyone who can't see this is dain bramaged. Now if that offends any of you, bookmark these comments and check the defensive stats after the Arkie game and get back to me.

No and the explanation is pretty simple,no defense,no SECCG..the rest of our schedule tells me so.

I understand the opinion that our defense is not good and will give a similar performance against another offense like UGA.

I don't understand why everyone thinks the other elite teams are complete teams.

A&M has a very bad defense and a great offense.

Bama has a solid offense and an ok defense maybe.

I would expect our games against them to be similar style shoot outs to the UGA game.

LSU should be able to handle the other teams IMO. As they will be completely overmatched by the offense and they won't be as effective against our defense as UGA was in the last game.

You don't sound like someone that just watched a game that was just one play away from being a win.

They always say it's hard to beat the same team twice in one season. Seems that we might have dealt with that before. I figure we went ahead and let Georgia have this one so we can be more pumped up for our game against them in Atlanta.
