As i said. I have always been an LSU fan growimg up in Lafayette. About to be a senior at ULL so i am obviously a fan of my school, but that does not mean that i can not cheer on the team that i have loved all of my life because I chose to go to the school that was closer to my home town. Im not goimg to lie, it felt very wierd goimg to LSU and being called Tiger Bait, but i was proud that my school even made it this far!

Nothing about bandwaggoning here. Just a student thats glad that my school is doing good and surpassing expectations while being happy when a team in my HOME STATE does well. Im not saying that i was not cheering hard for ULL to win the series, but im just saying that deep down inside i am still a tiger fan and i am happy when they win. Im not going to lie, im Super bummed out that ULL has hit the end of the road, but that does not mean that i can not be happy for a team that i have loved for all of my life, and the school that i may go to next year for a masters in engineering if i decide to further my education.

Except you didnt cheer for that team. You cheered against them. You literally wanted them to lose.

No. I cheared for them proudly and was upset that they lost. But im glad that i still have a team going to Omaha. I would have rathered my school win, obviously, but at the end of the day there is still more baseball to be enjoyed! And everyone in louisiana should cheer on the tigers to win it all now that they are the last Louisiana team standing!

You seem like a sincere person and I give you credit as such. My problem with ULL fans is that they don't respect their opponents and they don't respect the game. Basically they go into every game they play (in any sport) with this chip on their shoulder about how they don't get enough credit. It gets old after a while.

I was standing behind my friends' section last night after singing 7th inning stretch with them (decided not to go back to 119 since I was parked across the street in the free lot.)
Some dumbass ULaLa female dog type told me "At least I have a seat" and I really don't know why she was even addressing me.
She was very uppity, I'm better than you. She wouldn't have been in Section 209 without NCAA giving them 600 seats.
