The injuries hurt (no pun intended) because they keep us out of rhythm. It's hard for CPM to have any sort of feel for how this team is going to perform.
Biggest question mark coming into '18 was pitching. That's starting to look-up over the last few games.
Not discourage in the least.

Holy shite we lost to ULL again, hands down the worst fanbase to lose to. I don't even want to go home this weekend now

Their lack of pitching caught up with them last year like most of us suspected it would. No doubt, AC did a great job at State last year.
For us, everyone figured pitching would be an unknown (losing all 3 starters from last year). What we didn't see was having Reid, Hughes, Bain, and Beau starting in the IF.
