Tyrann is a special player. Tho that is high school level competition. The 2nd touchdown in the first video would not have happened against SEC level competition. In fact I doubt he could have had that kind of time even against a McNeese St.

Tyrann will rise to the occasion. He already showed you how a true freshman can make a huge impact. What more do you want????

You can lead a horse to the water but you can't make him drink.

He makes stellar plays. Let see how he does as a true corner this year instead of a nickel corner. He makes a lot of plays. We have a lot of pure athletes that could be returning punts and kicks that aren't even touching the field right now.

FWIW he's one of the guys that gets fired up after making plays. The team and defense feeds off that. I think he'll have to step up and be one of the emotional leaders on defense with Peterson, Nevis, and Shep leaving.

Its funny how people are blind to the FACT that Tyrann played Corner this year. He was not ONLY in the Nickel. Tyrann was recruited for being the #1 Cover corner in the Nation. And I would have to say he's kept his ground on that this season.

He's not on Bednarik watch list for sacks. He's on there because if you know about sports. He is a PURE corner.

Way to take out just part of my speech. He was not a #1 or #2 corner last year. He played there partly yes. But it was Peterson and Claiborne's positions. There is a difference from being a starting corner to a starting nickel.

It also helps when you have a All American across the field from you. Claiborne and Mathieu are on even ground. I'd give the thumbs up to Claiborne being the better corner right now from experience. So I'm sure teams are going to attack Mathieu more. We'll see how he can step up.

Jesus the guy said let's see how he is as a true corner and you act like he said he can't be one. Calm down

That All-American argument is dumb, IMO.

Not for a corner. Especially when they're targeting you more because they can't throw to one side. That means you have to be in position more because they're going to test you more...all the more reason why our secondary is getting hype without PP7.

I really would love to see T-Raw returning kicks. PP was his mentor, he's taking his #7, he was electric last season as a freshman....anyone see where I'm going with this??!
