TV's in Tiger Stadium pointed towards nowhere...?

This TV at the most northern point on the EU deck by the last concession stand has been pointed at the damn bridge since the 2011 season.
Yep.
It's not on, which would have at least been kind of funny...it's just sitting there, turned the wrong way. There's nothing out there except the top of the PMAC...
Any ideas? Are there others like this throughout the stadium I just don't know about because I'm not near them?
And no...this isn't some huge deal for me. I'm only down there during dead periods a couple of times a game...but I've seen it forever and really became amused by it during the weather delay for the Mcneese game.

I watch that TV from the top of the PMAC with my telescope. It wasn't on the last game as I was out of town.

Some low wage worker didn't want to risk his life hanging that tv up and hooking up the wires to it on the outside of the wall.
