Well, any other year I'd say you are crazy. I'd be lying if I said i wouldnt be disappointed at this point.

True. No different than it would have been in '09 with the Saints going 13-0 and and losing in the first round of the playoffs. As dominant as LSU has been all year, it would be a disappointment to not finish it off with the title. That's the ultimate goal.

Agreed, but you've got to be happy with what we've done thus far. Beating Bama (I of course assume) a second time will not be easy, but I do like our chances. BTW, how about them Saints last night?!

No doubt that this has been a special season and a fun ride, but the money shot is the crystal ball in Jan.

Pretty much. To come this close to GREATNESS and not finish would be awful. To split with whama and not be champs would be awful. Not worried though, I strongly believe we win the next 2 games.

I will be disappointed if we lose the NC game. However, I played football on a high school team who won the first 13 games and then lost in the finals. For 15 or so years after I stayed bitter about that loss. I bought ino the "we were losers" thinking. I then finally learned.....it can't ALL be about winning. You can't boil the season down to one game when it has been as uplifting as this one. Like the Alabama fans I used to long for a rematch. Sorry, we had our chance. That being said, let's just go 14-0 so that my thinking isn't challenged.

We could lose to both Georgia and Alabama, and I will still consider this a great season. Sure, I will be disappointed - absolutely. Times 452,252,451,121. But up to this point in the season, this has been the best LSU team I have ever seen, and has given me the most satisfaction

Fify, and this.

Disappointed if we don't win BCSNC? Yes.

Disappointing season? Hell no. 12-0. And whipping all that arse? My goodness, no.

Geaux Tigers! Win it all!
