Is he hiring an agent or an ncaa approved agent that allows him to keep his eligibility like last year? Sounds like the former

Not a surprise. We'll probably see Smart and Thomas follow soon. The delay is them probably selecting an agent.
Days is the one to watch. I expect him to declare. The only question is does he hire an agent beforehand or leave the door open for a return.
