Use the brand of LSU baseball. Go poach better talent. Lot of turnover in The roster next year. Only answer in my opinion.

Skenes and crews say high. Love Louisiana boys but you just need the best talent to win. Doesn’t matter where it comes from.

Agree 100%. We have a group of guys that really don’t care.

People keep saying we need Louisiana guys and that's probably true, but how nice would it have been if we hit on bringing in guys like Braden Montgomery or Billy Amick?

Montgomery is batting nearly .400 with 17 homers or so. Just ridiculous. I really thought we were going to get him. Would have been incredible to pair him up with Tommy White.

LSU needs some more proven vets. They didn't have enough after a heavily veteran lineup left.

Proven vets is the only way to go for a program like LSU now.

The transfer rules have setup college baseball like a farm system with the big boys of the SEC being the major league teams.

Braswells arent who we need. White, crews, skenes are what we need. Those guys are out there it’s the coaches job to find them and bring them in. Not mediocre dudes scraping by at their current program

We need a few of those and some gritty Louisiana guys that can lead them and show the other guys how much it means to play at LSU. Every elite team at LSU has had a slew of Louisiana players and a few insanely talented guys from around the country. We need a mix. It’s not an end all be all thing

You have a bunch. Of you guys and you people can’t figure out what’s wrong they are to young right now it is what it is ! You just played a top 20 gauntlet! And lost
Some key players in which they have to replace these guys have to figure it out sooner than later it’s hard!

I will say, there was a big 3 guys in the portal this year and we got none of them.

Montgomery, 18 home runs at Texas AM

Chase Burns, Friday night starter at Wake having a good year

Amick, just hit a home run vs us has 10 on year and good average.

I feel like there’s one more I’m missing that I can’t think of rn.

The hit rate on transfers isn’t always great
