After the humiliation, how they respond will determine not only the season but the future of the program. This game is much bigger than people think.

They better shake that shite because Arky is bringing it. As they always do for LSU.

I was planning on driving in from Houston tomorrow morning. Now I don't want to anymore.

Miles has lost 3,3 and 5. We have not responded well lately and Bama owns us. So, yes I believe this could be really important. If we run the table we are relevant this year and with a nice bowl win will be a pre season top 5 team. If we lose tomorrow and lay an egg in Oxford or against A&M we are once again and for the fourth straight year not a player on either the conference level and definitely not on the national level. If that happens it is not a fluke but it is what you are as a program after 4 years. But people will still say that Miles "wins". God, I hope we win.

If we run the table, we have a legitimate chance of making the playoffs. There's a ton of football left to be played. We have to make a statement though.

You understand that a good coach has a team thinking like this for every game, right?

After we squeak by Arky, you could make the same statement about the 'game after after THE GAME'. Then aTm becomes, 'the game'.

Lose to Arky and the knives will be out and season over. So no, I don't see it your way at all.

They gave up like 600 yards to Ole Miss so LSU should get at least 600+ yards.

If LSU is deflated after the Bama game, the rest of the season will suck. How the team reacts tomorrow means a lot more than just one win or loss.

I think this is too strong. this team has a lot of talent and will improve even if we lose.

people refuse to believe it but we still have a young qb and our pro style requires great qb play to be great. that simple

Normally, I'd agree. But the talent differential vs Bama bothered me. This year is it.

You might be right but if we drop a couple of more than we have officially become a non factor the last 4 years. Now, I hope that with the young talent you are right but the direction of the program since 2011 would be that we backed up that season with 4 relatively mediocre years.

Lose to Arky and you lose the team. Let's see if Miles can earn his salary. This is what coaching is all about.
