Statements with Tiger Rag

"We had nine players drafted last year, more than anyone but we was no where to be found amount the elite teams"

Casanova thinks the won loss record does not match the talent level.

Several more quotes regarding the talent, the number of draftees and the won loss record.

Somehow I doubt that's a direct quote.

Pretty low class for him to say something like that. Did he like all the other coaches over the years once Cholly Mac was let go?
He's a baseball fan now. Whatever

and baseball his favorite sport now has underachieved just as much as football if you want to make that statement - one trip to Omaha with arguably one of the best pitchers in CWS history

Is he wrong? LSU is near the top every year in players drafted yet finds a way to lose 3 games every year.

Well, when you consistantly lose UNDERCLASSMEN they never reach their full college potential regardless of what round they were drafted in by the NFL.

It may look impressive to have a large number of players drafted every year but it is naive to think that the early departures don't cause serious problems with the LSU depth and consistancy.
