This shite is getting so tired. Fans are less happy with subpar seasons than they are with good or great seasons. It's not Rocket Science.

Nah. Just being an arse. I mean clearly I don't know anyone on this board and was just making generalizations to make a point.

There is no reason to be this upset about this season. Even the announcers say every week that we are one of the youngest teams in the nation. And we finished 8-4 in the hardest division in the nation.

Sorry to disappoint, but I don't allow LSU football to dominate my life to quite that extent. I have my opinions on it, same as any other subject.

FTR, I'm quite happy with last night's win. It fulfilled my preseason prediction of 8-4.

Did you not read this board in the preseason? 10-2 at worst is what many predicted.

I'm guessing we read different posts because I saw far mor 5-7' 6-6' we finish last in SEC west than 10-2. This place is retarded, entertaining, but retarded.

Whatever your perspective, I say

How about having no consistently competent quarterback - and with none on the horizon for next year - because Miles will not play Harris?

This is comical. Did you not read this board in the preseason? 10-2 at worst is what many predicted. Especially with our O-line experience.

No. Most thought 3 losses would be a good season with the loss of nearly our entire offensive skill unit and the d-line questions. 4 losses was definitely on the table.

Are you implying that QB development has not been a systemic problem?

No. Not at all. Just trying to find out if in his attempt to make a point he was totally re-writing history to do it. It's been a problem but we did develop a qb. As recently as last year. I actually think it will happen again too. I think BH will develop and become our starter. Possibly next season. But hey that's me. A rational thinking person not fueled by an agenda that causes so many to lose total perspective. Not pointing the finger at you. Just speaking in generalities.

Serious? Your being serious? I'm not a season ticket holder so I can honestly say it doesn't effect me that much. I will speak up for the season ticket holders though, bc these people buy stock into LSU football! They spent thousands of dollars for a product! What did they get in return? They got to watch LSU get run out of the stadium by an MSU team at night. They got their hearts pulled out again as LSU found a way to give Bama another victory when they out played Bama the whole damn game. Let's turn to the wins, Kentucky and Ole Miss! Kentucky is awful and LSU exposed Ole Miss for what they were, overrated!! Would you say that the season ticket holders got a good return on their product? I take my p&g glasses off and I can honestly tell you that if I were a season ticket holder, I'd be pissed. It has nothing to do with having an unsuccessful life. It has to do with expecting a good return on the product you bought.
