Yep and that picture is just one of multiple blown calls in that game that gave Au the win.

This was worse.

Earlier in the game. Obvious PI on Lafell.

Dude was holding both of BL's arms in the endzone. . .ref staring right at them.

frick those refs

Lot of block in backs weren’t called on Auburn today. 2 were crucial 3rd down plays.

When they pan out, you can see the ref looking right at them.

So damn blatant.

Hawthorne was up-set

I’ll never forgive those fricking refs for that game.

Thanks for fricking up my afterglow of this game, a-hole.

I always wonder why people focus on the Doucet one so much. The Lafell one was way worse. IIRC the ball hit Lafell in the chest and he had no hands to even attempt to catch it with. Defender was on him like a blanket

Also, the refs didn't know the difference between an incomplete pass and a catch/fumble

Dilly dilly.

When we lost that game I was 15. I never thought I'd get over it. Today was sweet revenge. I can move on now.

Dilly dilly.

just in this game they missed one of the most obvious horse collar tackles I've seen that would have damn near put LSU in field goal position on the 3rd to last drive of the game. They ended up punting.
