2 decisions
1 made; 1 not

Miles is staying (decision made)
Heisman: (decision Not made)
Fournette's comparison to DH @ AL needs to be equalized, in light of all the recent hoopla.
DH is is loving all the attention on him, while the same hipe is on Leonard's coach.

So, as my Dad used to say... 'get on with it'!
Can we do anything about El 'LES' Shu coach? No!
Can we influence the Heisman..who knows? Maybe.

Here are some interesting facts re: DH and FL.
There are many others. Bring em on!

Both DH and LF are in a class of their own.

DH is a transplant to AL from FL
LF is home grown in LA
DH's fastest time in the 100 meter in HS was 11.11
LF's fastest time in the 100 meter in HS was 10.68
LF also ran the 200 meter;only dropping 0.21(21.57).
D..., that's fast!

DH ran the ball almost every down in HS, and it looks like he's doing the same at AL.
Regardless of the final decision, the experts know the real diff in these H-candidates lies in the hands of the OL.

Looking back at the disasterous AL game,LSU's Offensive front and AL's D-7 ...
100% of Bama’s starting 7 front defenders were ranked in top 10 after HS; 4 were in the top 5.

Only 3 of LSU's blocking 7 (OL, FB, & TE) were in the top 10 out of HS.
Not an excuse, a reality...that LF couldn't help.

Either way, LF is faster than DH, and 9 out of 10 sports casters know that LF is harder to bring down.

Let's move on...and start promoting Leonard...our own 'home-grown'man, deserving of the Heisman!

Doesn't matter how much you "promote" him.
If the on field product during your biggest month of the season isn't Heisman worthy, you won't win the Heisman.

So since Les is staying, who is actually going to coach these guys up to put Leonard into a proper Heisman campaign?

Heisman is a stupidly decided award..how ridiculous it almost always goes to a QB or RB despite unbelievable performances by defenders, receivers, and even linemen. And it always goes to a top 5 team...newsflash it takes dozens of good players to make s top 5 team, how convenient that the "best player" is always one of them. I wish somebody else would create a different award that recognized greatness regardless of position or team performance.
