Time to promote Brick and bring on Coach O

It is time to cut thru the chase and promote Brick and hire perhaps the best recruiter in the country Ed Orgeron. Brick Hailey has paid his dues and is more than qualified. Coach O has already stated that he wants the job. The rest of the Sec would cringe with Frank Wilson and Ed on the same staff. les it is time!!

I'll go on record and say that if the strategy all along was to promote Brick and bring in BeBeYaYa, or even if this was the fallback plan, I believe that it is a mistake.

I understand what you are saying but remember some people do not read T D every day or for a long period. They have no idea a certain post was written.

Brick needs to be fired, not promoted. The defensive line has been bad under him. I don't understand the rhetoric that he's a good recruiter either, seems he loses more top recruits than he lands.

I love how half this board thinks talent is all that matters. The best talent in the world will still get its arse kicked with shitty coaching. Mediocre talent with great coaching however will still do pretty well. Brick had one of the worst defenses in football at Baylor and to be honest the D lines here at LSU have not been up to par as of late. Putting him over the entire defense would be a mistake IMO.
