Tiger Stadium.....wheel chair....stadium club info.

I am going to try to bring my Dad to one a game this year. He is 78 and doesn't walk very well and has totally rejected the idea of a chair. He is suddenly changing his tune and mentioned it the other day. He hasn't been to a game in years and would love to take him to one. My seats are in 412 so they are out of the discussion. What is my best option? I am told the wheel chair area in the upper decks are nice and easily to access with a good view too. What about the stadium club? Would this be a better option? I realize if I went this route it would likely be Eastern Michigan or Western Kentucky. What should I expect to pay for stadium club seats? Thanks ahead of time for any advice.

I don't know about the club, but I know there are wheelchair spots in the upper south endzone.

Its tough to even bring my 95 year old grandmother out to eat sometimes. You can do it but it will be a little trouble obviously. Stadium staff will treat your dad well though, We respect the elderly.
I know the pmac has special, quicker exits that older men and women can take...of course thats a whole different venue though

The wheel chair seats in the upper deck on visitors side are the best seats in the house IMO. The last two times i sat there I got the tickets off of ebay. The sections are in the 500s. Like watching a game from your patio. About $70 a ticket is what i paid. Good Luck

We swapped out tickets for the wheelchair access in the west upper. Brought a 90 year old grandma to the ole miss game when Beckham made the big return. She had a blast. Loved every minute of it.

I am in the same boat. I bought seats for my dad in the new south endzone expansion(wheelchair accessible) for the mcneese game. They are the very top row but look like good seats. I've never sat that high in Death Valley before but I think that it will still be a good view and I think he will still have a great experience and not have to worry about other people around him.

I haven't been inside of the stadium club, but can tell you that the wheelchair seats in the west upper are pretty damn sweet...basically tiger terrace seats with no steps to access. pretty sweet that they kind of alternate wheelchair spaces with regular seats so that you can sit together, too. be sure to get west upper, so that the sun is not in your eyes...
I would also get there a bit early so that you don't have to deal with the lines too much.
one thing that I think will be difficult is the bathrooms...they are a clusterfrick for perfectly able-bodied people and would be hard to deal with for someone in a wheel chair. maybe there are some special handicapped bathrooms somewhere that I haven't seen?...

I have heard the same thing about the upper deck wheel chair section. Bathrooms wouldn't be too bad. He can walk just not very far and has to take it slow. I take him to baseball games sometimes and we park in the handicapped spots. He makes it to the stadium and we go up the evelvator. I also make sure we always sit in the grandstand. I thought about trying this at TS but I think the walk from the shuttle to the stadium would still be too much for him.

What about the stadium club?
I don't know that the stadium club seats are WC accessible. The club facilities are but the club seats are outside. There may be some.

Typically , I have seen wheel chair patrons behind the glass in the Stadium Club.
Are there Stadium Clubs tickets for sale on Ticket Exchange or Stub Hub?
ETA : there are a few spots outside that I have seen wheel chairs from time to time

I was curious about this too so I contacted the ticket office over the summer. They told me there is an option to trade my season tickets (for one game) for tickets that have wheel chair access. The transaction has to take place at the ticket office in person. They said it is first come first serve. You could probably call and check availability.
