There will be a 1979 game vs USC vibe going on. We win by 17.

Would be funny if Jennings ripped off his helmet after scoring and threw it at some fans and asked the same thing.

Maximus, however, did put on quite a show.

I was there in 1979. I will never forget that game. Even though we lost, it made me a Tiger for life.

I listened to it on KEEL radio in Shreveport. LSU games being televised back then were few and far between. You could hear how loud the stadium was on the clock radio I had though. It still bled through.
