Most visitors are up in the new south endzone. Also, these are boxes and suites. So the new upper should rarely look bad. It's those huge missing sections in the other two decks and the north endzone that look bad on television.

Friend of mine toured TS about 3 weeks ago or so. He was told that the NEZ scoreboard was being upgraded to HD.
Also, apparently, they're installing cellphone signal boosters all throughout the stadium in certain section/tunnel entrances. The student section is going to have one large one that extends along the wall of the NE NEZ wall
