The Problem is not filling up the stadium it's keeping it full. Reducing capacity will do zero to prevent people from leaving. How about just improving the facilities, adding wifi, and serving beer?

People want more amenities and more entertainment and nicer stuff. More food and beer and nicer bathrooms and all that crap. It's not the NFL. Go and watch the game. If people need all of that to stay then just go to a saints game. Deal with peeing in a rusty tube and eating a hotdog.

You think they're going to reduce seating?
Ok.

Are you fricking serious?! I have been to plenty of lsu games since the expansion and have seen plenty of sellouts. Lsu sells all of the tickets but sometimes people don't show up for various reasons. Lsu hasn't seen the same/expected success as a program over the past few seasons and that has n impact on how many people show u to the games. You can bet your pussy arse that the ole miss game will be sell out not only in ticket sales but in actual attendance aa well. This is a stupid comment.

How about you check out the attendance record for college football programs over the past decade vs how much the stadium seats and tell me that the stadium is too big after researching it. If lzu has a good season in the making they will sell out every fricking game they play at tiger stadI'm and that's a fact. You are pretty dumb man.

LSU has sold out all season tickets for 13 consecutive years. Whoever this guy is he is simply out of touch with reality.

Yeah I know. Lsu is consistently in the top 5 in attendance every year since the sez expansion. I normally don't respond/argue against stupidity but this shite pisses me off man because idiots like the OP may persuade some uninformed/uneducated fans to believe his asinine opinion. It's really sad how some people just have an uneducated opinion and state it like it's fact when numbers and statistics completely prove them wrong. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT DO NOT POST YOUR PERSONAL OPINIONS WITHOUT BACKING IT UP WITH FACTUAL INFO AFTER RESEARCHING IT...IT MAKES YOU LOOK COMPLETELY IDIOTIC TO OTHERS WHO KNOW THE FACTS.

According to LSUsports.net there are approximately 900-1000 tickets available for the Ole Miss Game. This means about 101,000 have been sold. My guess is these available tickets will be sold before Saturday. If you only had 85,000 seats you would be giving up the revenue generated by 17,000 extra tickets. Conservatively $500,000

Hanny just said on Tiger Zone that some of these stadiums are entirely too large and in 10-15 years you'll see some major downsizing

The sellouts for the last decade say otherwise.
