They have moved on to throwing Nussmeier under the bus.

I am good. Once he started actually throwing the ball I supported him like 99% of the other fans.
It’s okay to want some at QB that is actually willing to throw the ball. JD5 is the man and I am happy he proved me wrong.

There were times in the FSU game were he was not trusting his receivers just like he did in year one. He improved drastically.

I did already. But I'll take another helping with a side of Heisman
I am not as smart as you so I never anticipated the quantum leap JD took from year one to year two.
What I did learn was not to consider a Jr Transfer as a Jr but more like a freshman in terms of potential improvement from year one to year two.

Ok. I’m gonna love to hear your opinion after year 1 of Nuss starting a full season. It’s gonna be loaded.

Is this where we act like he was playing at a Heisman level his whole time here? He really was not that good until after the Florida State game

JD5 from the beginning.

So what you’re saying is Tiger Dropping posters are not football experts? Who would’ve thunk it

No crow to eat. If Daniels was playing last year like he did this year, then there wouldn't have been a discussion about Nuss.
Obviously, JD put in the work and made tremendous improvements this year.
BTW - in a radio interview prior to the Bama game, Coach Denbrock echoed what a lot of us complained about. We said JD was waiting too long to let it go, wasn't throwing guys open, and they had to stop to catch it.
Denbrock said, and this is pretty damn close to word for word, "we had too many guys catching the ball with their backs to the end zone."
That was something the coaches wanted Daniels to improve, and boy did he.
Now, piss off with your sanctimony and just enjoy that a young man who worked his arse off is reaping the rewards for his hard work and bringing great press to the school we all love.

This year's JD is a far cry from last year's JD.
He had lots of problems with his game last year, but I will say, I have never seen a player address his weaknesses and improve so significantly.
He was extremely deserving of this honor and I am very happy for the young man. I hope he has a long and storied career in the NFL...preferably with the Saints!
Way to GEAUX TIGER!
