I want Bama to lose as a result of a poor coaching decision or management, just like in last year's Iron Bowl. Then I want the college football world to continue to ride Saban's dick as if he is the greatest coach in football history.

Saban simply lays out his National Championship rings in front of the recruits and has an easy sell. Come play for me at AL and you WILL have the opportunity to play for a ring during your career.
yes - he is pretty close to being able to make the claim. Another ring this year is 5 then who knows how many more he gets.

Well - reality is I never thought I would see a national championship for LSU in football. Saban got us Numero Uno. After he left, I never thought we would get Numero Dos. After we beat Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl, I told my wife that tonight was the peak of LSU football. Miles got us Number Two.
So we have 2 and want more. Great but the SOB that got us Number One is right to our East in our Conference Division. Too bad he did not go to Penn State, etc or make it in the Pros.
Guess we have to stop being so greedy and expecting another one??

Why should we support them when they don't support the remaining 12 (sometimes 13) universities and the remaining 10 states?
I'm tired of the biased SEC and all their BS! Take the frickin logo off the field and uniforms. Move the office out of Gumpville and represent ALL the universities. Until then...SCREW THE SEC!

Of course I want Bama to win, and then win the NC. It's not just Bama. If Missouri was ranked no. 1 and could make the playoff, then I'd want them to win.
It looks better for the conference, and that in turn is better for all members of the conference. Most people I know feel this way.

uh, he pretty much is the greatest coach in college history. Multiple NCs, and he's done it at two different schools. And done it in an era with scholarship limits, unlike back when Bear Bryant did it by stockpiling players.
If you can't acknowledge that Saban is among the top 2 or 3 (if not the outright best) college coach in history, then you're simply blinded by envy.
