You seriously can't think of multiple reasons why?

I understand why...this will be a record low attendance for an opening game at tiger stadium...

Season opener. The Covid requirements by the woke university had pissed a lot of fans off. Couple that with the stellar performance last week, and I’d be surprised to see 50% attendance. I’ve seen a friend on fb constantly lower his season ticket price since the Covid announcement and still no takers at 60% of his cost(with premium parking).

Hope all the people that cheered on the requirements enjoy an empty tiger stadium with the tigers struggling against McNeese

I posted 4 earlier in the week because of travel issues. Can’t even give them away. Ppl are literally giving me excuses why they can’t go. Crazy

All of the reasons you already know plus tacking on a 25%, or whatever it is now fee, on top of the tickets cost and of course no one is interested. If people want to go, theyll do what alot of us have done for years. Showup and look for tickets an hour before kick and pay $20 per

What's really sad is that due to the genius plan of sending out both paper tickets and digital tickets to most season ticket holders, many people will purchase paper tickets from scalpers only to find out that the tickets won't scan at the gate. This scheme is going to be rampant this year. Buyer beware...

Dude, it’s McNeese.

You weren’t getting interest even if we blew UCLA out

That has nothing to do with us being 0-1 or covid protocol. It’s because the game itself just sucks. Time after time the administration screws over the season ticket holders with these bullshite games. I get that it’s instate and all but at least get LA Tech or UL to come play.

NO SEC TEAM NEEDS TO BE PLAYING FCS TEAMS. PERIOD.

Our company has 6 season tickets. Good seats. Zero interest from clients, or employees, to go to the game.

40K actual attendance

Yep. And now they will conviently get to hide behind the fact that LSU lost last week as to why the stadium is empty. That is only going to be a part of the reason. LSU could have blown the doors off of UCLA and people would have still avoided that mess. Especially when you look around last weekend and saw packed stadiums across the country.

I think the business and administrative (political) side of LSU gets what they deserve for scheduling opponents such as this one as well as implementing the Covid protocols. We all know the path chosen by the administration and that path doesn’t align with a large number of the fan base.

I had season tickets for years, went to many of those games and sold many of those games. It sucks either way. The game is a glorified scrimmage. Most of the time you can’t sell the things even for a fraction of what you paid let alone give them away. Is a lose lose.
