My family and I are going to be in town to catch tonight's baseball game and tomorrow night's baseball game. I was wondering a couple things about the basketball game.

1: Exactly when is it?

2: How hard is it to get tix/how much are they?

Didn't even think about it when I planned the trip, but this would be a nice additional event for my boys to take in.

Oh well, was a thought. Was thinking it'd be a good way to kill some time before the baseball game.

Thanks.

Extremely easy. You can show up at tip-off and not spend any more than $10/ticket, either at the box office or from a fan. Often folks will give them away.

He was joking. It 100% will not sell out.

Go to basketball box office at top of ramps to PMAC - it normally opens about 2 hours before tipoff. You could probably buy them online as well now or even at the ticket marketplace.

Will be plenty of tickets available for baseball and basketball this weekend

He was just joking. The game won't even remotely be close to sold out. If you're not bothered by sitting up in the uppers you can just walk right up to the box office at the PMAC and get tickets.

If you want better seats there will most likely be people selling them for face value or less outside of the PMAC.

If you want to try and line something up in advance you can check the Ticket Exchange board here or you can go the marketplace at LINK

1. It's not sold out.

2. If you have a smartphone it is REALLY easy to get tickets. Go to the LSUsports website purchase however many tickets you need. Upperdeck tickets (which aren't bad in a 13,000 seat venue) should run you between $10-$20 each. You can have the tickets emailed to you and all you have to do is let the ticket-taker scan the barcode for the tickets from your phone. You literally do not have to show up to the game with a "paper" ticket. If you don't want to do that though, you can print your ticket out at home/work

go on out, you will be able to get tickets at either venue. i would suggest walking around the pmac a bit before heading up to the box office. you will be able to get tickets at the box office but i believe that you will find cheaper options from sellers outside, especially if you have kids with you, and maybe even free if your kids play it right.

there should be tickets at the box available also. if you want to try to get tickets in advance, you can see the ticket exchange on this site and also through lsusports.net

Glad I came back and read this again, lol.

I already have tickets to the baseball game. We'll be in town all weekend for baseball. I just thought about the basketball game this morning, and thought it'd be a good way to spend a couple hours before heading over to the Box. I haven't been to an LSU basketball game on campus since Chris Jackson was playing with some new skinny guy named Shaquille O' Neal and a heavyweight named Stanley Roberts.

I think I'll just scope out the area and try to find someone selling them cheap outside, and if it doesn't work, I'll walk up to the gate. I don't wanna order online because we might decide to do something else. But the boys always like to go see Mike, so we'll be right by the PMAC. Might as well go see the basketball team.

Thanks for the advice, people.

if you don't know something, don't act like you do. its a simple concept, but some of you losers have a hard time understanding it.

OK, douche bag. You don't think OP will eventually find out the game is at 4 instead of 3 all because of my post? If he doesn't, he has serious issues, as there are countless other ways to find out what time a game starts. He mainly wanted to know if it would be hard or easy to get tickets and the best way to go about it and price, which I answered 100% accurately. Why is this such an issue to you? Will it make you happier if I edit my post?

Did I mention "frick you", yet?
