1) why is it bad to support our coach and team? ( the thread titled for les miles lovers seem to suggest it's bad to support the coach/team) just don't get it. We all should hate les miles?

2) no, it's not moffit that is the problem. Bama started 7 seniors on defense. We started three freshmen and three sophomores. They are able to keep seniors like all America Ragland . That's why they are bigger and stronger.

3) we do have routes to over the middle and to the t.e. We threw to the t.e. Three times and completed 1. Just because our qb doesn't complete the pass or chooses to throw down the field doesn't mean the other routes wasn't in the offense.

Agreed. It's absolutely absurd that a message board for LSU fans seems hellbent on being anti LSU in one form or another much of the time. No one seems to dislike LSU more than LSU fans.

Yeah...it hurts for sure. It's the thing that enables LSU to have the most guys in the NFL yet look back and wonder why they never won a title in Baton Rouge. Truth is, it's pretty hard to do that with a team of underclassmen, regardless of the shade of blue their chip was.

I'm less inclined to agree across the board with this. Not that you're wrong, but we don't run anything near a full route tree. We have for many years seemingly put our most untested QB's in positions to have to make huge throws to save drives rather than ultra safe throws to keep drives going. I don't tend to argue play calling, but we do tend to place our QB's in nearly no win situations time and again and then wonder why their success rate is so poor against solid defenses.

Well, here are TWO things that not many people have stressed since 1/9/12 Part Deaux:

1. Bama played with tremendous intensity on Saturday. Sure, they were the home team, and that plays a big factor emotionally, but their want factor seemed to be about 10 to 1 over us. Even Saban appeared a little more animated during his in-game interviews.

2. It was "do or die" for 'Bama last Saturday. With a loss, they were done for the year. Can't think of the last time that happened for them - they knew it, and they played like it.
