I always thought ya'll were nuts, but now I feel a certain sense of enlightenment

It still boggles my mind that RS wasn't throwing passes last night and I'm sober now!

Look, I still love the Tigers and will always support them and I don't boo players but I don't see what possible reason there could be for not at least letting RS play a little qb(that's not a called draw) Hell, Lee was 7/22. I doubt RS would have done worse-plus he could always pull it down and run with it

If RS had thrown a pick that cost us the game, you would be singing a different tune. Remember, when everyone wanted RS to get the ball early in the season, he coughed it up a couple of times. I guess the coaches knew something we didn't . Maybe they still do.

RS shifted to RB because he wasn't competitive enough to get playing time as a QB. That means JL has been outperforming him in practice. So, you want to toss him into a game when he hasn't even been getting reps as a QB?

When are you people going to it through your thick skulls. Shep will never be a QB at LSU, that's been blatantly clear. So shut the frick about it, for real.

A lot about being a QB isn't just having a good arm, or good legs. It's about timing and precision. It's likely Shep has had any time to study the offense and study receivers tendencies. It's little things like this that make QBs what they are. It's about being able to look at the defense and read where people are going to be before they are actually. Truth be told, I don't think we have a player on this team with this ability, and it really shows in our stagnant offensive performances.

Welcome to the club. Its painfully obvious Miles is clueless. Pray for Rich Rod to get fired next season and for Michigan to take Leslie off our hands.

Agree to that point. I am totally confused about the damn play calling. Charles Hanigriff was saying that girls were texting him during the game asking him why LSU was calling all the pass plays. I had to laugh as my daughters were texting me during the game asking what the hell was going on.
LSU could have run the ball all over tech last night. After a while thier defense would have been worn out. Instead LSU insisted on throwing incomplete passes.

Guys are wrong about shep being a qb. He has never played that position before. Oh wait???! And it's not like he was rated #1 dual threat qb? Oh wait! Or #2 over all qb?! He can pass and Les doesn't want to use a new qb over his upper classman! Not that I want shep over Jefferson, but definately over Lee! And Beattles he only coughed it up once when he was hit with a pass over the middle by 4 defenders!

My six year old daughter kept asking me why they didn't put in someone else to throw the ball

He's not a QB, you need some more time to sober up I think..

We gave the dude from Harvard who has a weaker arm than me a chance at QB and you're saying RS could never be a QB for us???

Look, I know that there is a HUUUUGE difference between playing HS defenses and SEC defenses, but can't we give him a shot? Didn't he throw for like several thousand yards in high school?

RS is a great athlete but he is also the guy who could not figure out where to line up two weeks ago. Playing QB also takes intelligence.

And it's not likes he's small or got almost all of his yards in high school from running all over. Oh wait, he is and he did. You can't run first, pass later in the SEC. He's dynamic AS A RUNNER. You need to learn to watch some game film of him before you talk.

That seems to be the new excuse for Miles not playing him at qb. It appears that we recruited him to be a rb the whole time-not qb. The Spring Game was a big hoax
