This team refuses to win

Some teams refuse to lose. This LSU team just hates winning.
16:25 mark of second half, Sampson makes free throw to extend LSU lead to game-high 11 points.
4:32 mark of second half, Reath makes free throw to pull within three. LSU doesn't score again the rest of the game.
LSU turned an 11-point lead into a 20-point loss in 16 minutes and 25 seconds.

I can't even find words strong enough to describe this level of ineptitude. It's as though he coaches them to only play for 30 minutes, whether it be the first 30 like tonight or the last 30 like Kentucky and every other game where we've fallen so far behind in the first ten minutes that defeat was secured no matter how well they played the rest of the way.

I am now at the full stage of acceptance. They will not win another game this year...Johnny Jones will be fired a week or so after the first game of the SEC Tournament...and the new head coach will need at least 2 to 3 years to get the program to respectability. The only positive is that it can't get any worse unless some recruiting violation pops up and the program goes on probation.

Hopefully your starting to see the light and realize this program needs a fresh start.
Ben Simmons killed this program, from the time he set foot on campus with his camera crew, to the documentary, Jonny was in over his head. He didn't control the situation, and lost control of the entire program, culminated by quitting and not accepting the nit bid. At this point the only choice is to make a change and send this program in a different direction

They do have the worst in game coach in the history of college athletics guiding them, so none of this is shocking
