getting drafted has ALOT to do with how A player is coached in College....

Actually this could not be more wrong. It has almost nothing to do with it, just look at draft history. Talent gets guys drafted. Bama has so many guys drafted because they recruit the most talent.

Whoa... BUT there are guys that get recruited that may not have been drafted had he NOT been coached UP in college....

There is no doubt that Bama and Saban recruit well , BUT the gap between Bama and LSU is NOT that big.........

o it wasn't. Emmert was willing to spend, that's why Saban came here.

Not the way bama is spending.

Saban's last 2 classes at LSU were ranked in the top 2. Miles class in 2009 was 1-2 depending on the service. Again look at the budgets of schools other than Bama. Tennessee/Auburn/ USC among others have significantly more than LSU with no where the results. You can't use Saban as a measure what he's doing is unprecedented.

Clearly the recruiting budget matters. We are just disagreeing on how much.

robably not and that's why I said currently. LSU gave him a lot when he was here at that time Bama could not have done as much more as they are now, which is my point.

But you're wrong. He has a blank check at bama. Something that would never happen at lsu.
You can't call lsu all in on football after not firing miles in 2015 ecause of aesthetics.

Their 2016 front 7 had more 1st round grades than our entire team.

While the talent gap between our 1st team players isn't that big, the real gap is the talent they roll in to give the 1st teamers a breather.
Our 2nd team players are far less talented than Bama's 2nd framers.
That's why injuries for lsu can mean disaster and not have much affect on bama. Bama's 2nd team is probably more talented than the 1st framers of 80-90 can programs.
They had 5 players drafted in the 1st 34 picks in 2017. They had more players drafted in the first 79(mid 2nd round) picks than lsu had in the entire draft
